Welcome to the Dress for Success Billings Referral Agency Portal

This portal exists to facilitate secure transfer of client information between Dress for Success Billings and its referral agencies.  Using the “new referral” link in the main navigational bar will take you to a secure webform for new client referrals.

A note on security.  This site uses a third-party signed SSL security certificate via SHA-256 with RSA Encryption encryption, meaning the data sent via any form is encrypted between your machine and our web server.  The way you can tell it’s secure is to look to the left of the URL bar on your browser, usually denoted by a little padlock icon, as well as the “https” URL prefix, as opposed to the “http” without the “s”.  However – this site is NOT HIPAA compliant, or PCI compliant, so DO NOT include any personal medical information or any credit card or other financial information.  No forms on this site will ask for that type of information.
